Role Overview:

• Location: USA (Remote with travel required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the North American market.
• Identify new market opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing clients.
• Promote advanced micro-encapsulation and refined fish oil technologies to customers in the health, wellness, and nutrition industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with key industry clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Food Science preferred, though not required.
• Proven experience in business development, particularly in omega-3 ingredients or the broader nutraceuticals/functional foods industry.
• Strong understanding of the Omega-3 market, industry trends, and key players.
• Well-established network within the North American omega-3 sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
