Production Operator - 3rd shift

We are looking for a 3rd shift production operator to join our team to make high quality food ingredients!

What you’ll do:

• Produce yeast products which go into food, cat food, livestock feeds, and probiotics
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment (spray dryers, separators, filters, distillation, autolysis, forklifts and/or bagging equipment)
• Fill out paperwork related to run times, product types, tank levels, and production summaries
• Take samples of product to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform and lead daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning for your assigned area

What you’ll bring:

• Attention to detail 
• Flexibility with scheduling (8-hour or 12-hour shifts, weekends)
• Ability to read, write, and a desire to learn about equipment
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs regularly, position 100lbs, stand for extended periods of time, assemble equipment, and work safely in hot environment (primarily for packaging operators)

• Excellent compensation, with pay starting at $25.50/hour and increasing up to $31.00/hour
