Key Responsibilities:Shipping & Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of automotive parts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Inventory Organization: Unpack, label, and stock parts in the designated areas to maintain an organized inventory.Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking parts for service and retail customers.Quality Assurance: Verify shipments against invoices or packing slips to ensure correct orders are received.Damage Control: Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report as needed.Customer & Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet customer and service department needs efficiently.Workplace Maintenance: Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, safe, and well-organized. Qualifications:Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or parts handling is a plus but not required.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.Team-Oriented: Works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.Automotive Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of automotive parts is a bonus.
