You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, offering clinical skills and cultural humility to develop, coordinate, and deliver treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct services, including individual, group, family counseling, crisis intervention, and case management to assigned clients.
Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
Use evidence-based practices to educate and support clients’ families and advocate for clients’ rights and preferences, considering their level of acculturation.
Advocate for clients' well-being and access to healthcare within the agency and the community, referring them to beneficial resources.
Consult with agencies such as DSHS, court systems, housing authorities, and KIAC to maintain knowledge and presence in the treatment process.
Promote and model cultural responsiveness to help remove barriers to healthcare access (language, cultural traditions, health literacy, etc.).
Provide crisis intervention counseling and coordinate with Designated Crisis Responders/crisis services when appropriate.
Document client progress to maintain a permanent record of client activity according to established policies and procedures.
Promote access to mental health care by outreaching to clients in various community settings or at their homes when safe and appropriate.
