Primary Responsibilities:
Hiring Range: $31.80 – $39.19 Per Hour Sign-On Bonus: $3,000* Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services, including individual, group, family counseling, crisis intervention, and case management to assigned clients.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Use evidence-based practices to educate and support clients’ families and advocate for clients’ rights and preferences, considering their level of acculturation.
- Advocate for clients' well-being and access to healthcare within the agency and the community, referring them to beneficial resources.
- Consult with agencies such as DSHS, court systems, housing authorities, and KIAC to maintain knowledge and presence in the treatment process.
- Promote and model cultural responsiveness to help remove barriers to healthcare access (language, cultural traditions, health literacy, etc.).
- Provide crisis intervention counseling and coordinate with Designated Crisis Responders/crisis services when appropriate.
- Document client progress to maintain a permanent record of client activity according to established policies and procedures.
- Promote access to mental health care by outreaching to clients in various community settings or at their homes when safe and appropriate.
