Job Description Summary

The Principal of Software Engineering is a high level individual contributor with accountability for third party relationships to ensure completion of contracted work. Shares expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and design principals through presentations, meetings, and day-to-day interaction with staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and complex architectural design across platforms toward the development of end-to-end solutions; translate architectural guidance into detailed technical design.
• Lead committees or projects to help define organization-wide standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Manage offshore resources with accountability for performance/outcomes in an agile environment.
• Serve as a subject matter experience to incorporate big data and real time streaming analytics in decision-making.
• Promote a culture of change, excellence and innovation to challenge the status quo and leads to prudent experimentation. Adopt new practices and spe
