Job Description

Responsibilities

•   Writing and implementing efficient and reusable code in Python. Identify opportunities to improve existing Python code.

•   Support architect and client in defining best practices, guidelines, and benchmarks in the program.

•   Analyze the mid complexity system functional and non-functional requirements in order to propose solutions and approaches.

•    Provide quality solutions, ensure the code quality, do code reviews, and pull requests reviews.

•   Independently able to implement complex design/workflows with appropriate quality.

•   Performing troubleshooting of issues in cloud-based environments.

•    Test the software to ensure it meets functional and Nonfunctional requirements.

•    Provide technical support (L3) in business hours

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• More than 4 years of end-to-end Python application and Python based microservices development experience.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of web-based applications and Rest microservices by using frameworks.

•  A good knowledge of cloud-based solutions.

•  Strong knowledge and hands-on design patterns, Python best practices and Python based application development (e.g., various libraries and frameworks and Python based unit test cases development frameworks etc.)

•  Strong knowledge and hands-on Rest microservices, microservice based architecture, and microservices frameworks (Payara Micro/Spring Boot)

•   Good knowledge and hands-on Postgres database, data synchronization and caching techniques and framework.

•   Good knowledge and hands-on Queue & message broker platforms like Kafka/RabbitMQ/AMQ.

•   A good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, Prometheus/Dynatrace/Grafana, SonarQube and Infra as code.

•   Hands-on in GitHub/SVN/SourceTree, JIRA, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Swagger.

Nice-to-have skills:

•  Understanding of agile principles, metrics, and processes.

•  Have an AWS Certification.

•  Understand front-end technologies (JavaScript, React).

•  Experience in Automobile Domain and Connected Mobility.
