Drive meaningful change

We’re seeking a Frontend Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of modern, user-facing web applications. In this role, you’ll transform UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive interfaces that integrate seamlessly with backend systems and APIs. You’ll play a key part in establishing a strong technical foundation and ensuring design consistency across our applications, ultimately driving better performance, user experience, and development efficiency. Collaboration is central to this role — you’ll work closely with full-stack developers and stakeholders to align on functional requirements, development standards, and technical architecture.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop responsive, accessible web interfaces using React or Blazor, translating UI/UX designs (e.g., Figma) into interactive components.
  • Build and maintain reusable UI components that follow platform architecture, design standards, and leverage shared design systems.
  • Collaborate with full-stack developers and stakeholders to define requirements, align on implementation strategies, and integrate with backend APIs.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, ensure performance, accessibility, and compatibility, and support best practices through mentoring and code reviews.
  • Participate in agile development processes and maintain clear technical documentation.

Your Profile

We're seeking a self-driven developer with a strong technical foundation and collaborative approach. Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Comfortable supporting teammates and accountable for delivering scalable, maintainable solution

Additionally, we Imagine you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience with
    • React or Blazor in web application development
    • JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including frameworks like Tailwind CSS)
  • Proficient in translating UI/UX designs (e.g., Figma) into interactive, accessible components with a strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first design.
  • Experience optimizing frontend performance, ensuring web security, and integrating with RESTful APIs (using tools like Swagger).
  • Familiar with component-based architecture, state management, and CI/CD tools for efficient frontend development.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Master or bachelor degree in computer science or software development or similar.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
