Pay Range: $79,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and location)

Morgan Properties is hiring a Regional Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations across one of our most exciting, large-scale expansions to date— spanning 9 states. This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on, technically skilled leader ready to bring consistency, efficiency, and excellence to a multi-state footprint.
As a strategic partner to the Regional Property Manager, you’ll coach and support on-site maintenance teams, implement standard operating procedures, and help drive performance across the entire portfolio. What You’ll Do:
• Lead, mentor, and support maintenance teams across multiple states
• Oversee all aspects of service operations, including safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to company standards
• Develop emergency response and on-call schedules
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee large-scale service contracts
• Support technical training, onboarding, and hands-on coaching for on-site teams
• Collaborate with the Regional Property Manager on budgeting, inventory, and operational metrics
What You Bring:
• 7–10+ years of experience in property maintenance, including multi-site or regional oversight
• Deep technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently—up to 50% or more, including overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license required; HVAC/EPA, CPO, or CAMT certifications preferred
