Your Role

We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week), temporary (July 1, 2025-September 5, 2025) detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management who are looking for flexible work arrangements and additional professional experience.

What You Will Do

  • Reconciliation of Procurement purchase card statement entries

  • Assist with updates to Gensler billing and account records of select procurement-managed vendor account(s)

  • Assist with implementation of information management initiative for Gensler Procurement records and documentation updates

  • Assist with IT and OEM Procurement responsibilities, as needed, specifically with Gensler’s P2P automated flows for processing of supplier requisitions, return authorization(s), or tracking list updates

  • Assist with supplier invoice coding tasks requested by Accounts Payable, as needed

  • Position will report to and work under the direction of the Procurement Lead

 Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (2+ years preferred) 

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills 

  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., Coupa) 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred but not required)
