We are seeking a PMO Analyst and play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions while coordinating initiatives that advance our business objectives. What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track portfolio health, KPIs, resources, and milestones.
  • Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports and trend analyses to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Consolidate and validate data across multiple systems to provide accurate portfolio insights for leadership.
  • Support creation of project charters, scope, and Gantt charts, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives.
  • Track and report project timelines, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, quality plans, and procurement activities to support financial and operational goals.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and meeting logistics, ensuring timely updates and engagement.
  • Prepare governance reporting packages and maintain risk registers and action trackers for assigned projects.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or data analysis role
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI and dashboard development
  • CAPM or equivalent certification
  • Exposure to portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, MS Project)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)

Travel Percentage: 10%
