Primary Function
To execute financial transactions with guests and team members in alignment with the mission and core values of the company.
Essential Responsibilities
All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, OSHA standards and other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for complying with all Cage Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to operating and maintaining an accurate and balanced Cage. Maintain a starting and ending balance for each shift according to department procedures.
- Accurately process jackpots and complete W2G, 1099, and 1042S paperwork according to company protocols.
- Verify proper identification for transactions that involve credit cards, jackpots and Title 31, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for promoting and keeping up-to-date knowledge of all active promotions, cash games and tournaments in the poker and Table Games rooms.
- Attend annual BSA/AML training, as scheduled.
- Record required information on the MTL in CTS for cash transactions beginning at $2,500 conducted at the Cage.
- Obtain identification and information with requisite specificity necessary for the CTR document when a guest’s currency transactions exceeds $10,000 aggregate cash in or cash out in a single Gaming Day.
- Obtain identification when setting up cash advances on credit or debit cards through the cash processing system.
- Record transactions in the NIL within CTS for monetary instruments negotiated for or issued to guests.
- Report any suspicious activity observed to the Compliance Department utilizing the IR form.

Education and/or Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required. High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Prior experience should include a minimum of one year of high volume cash handling. Banking experience is preferred, however, related cashiering and guest service background will be considered.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills. Ability to accurately calculate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in an efficient manner.
Reasoning Ability: The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: General knowledge of computers and other applicable electronic equipment, including Windows IOS System, Internet, Excel Spreadsheets, Database knowledge, ability to quickly learn other software as introduced, and proficiency with the operation of a 10 key calculator.
