With new opportunities emerging and continued investment in the LA market, we’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join us in the following roles.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are hiring:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assistant Store Manager – Sales &amp; Service&nbsp;</li> <li>Assistant Store Manager – Operations &amp; Visual&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Both roles are critical members of the store leadership team, partnering closely with the Store Manager to bring ALO’s business strategy, premium guest experience and operational excellence to life.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>As an Assistant Store Manager at ALO, you will be accountable for driving performance, elevating talent and ensuring our store operates at the highest standard. While each role has a distinct focus, both leaders are united by one north star, delivering an exceptional guest experience in a premium, high-energy environment.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Assistant Store Manager – Sales &amp; Service</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Sales &amp; Service Manager is a member of the store leadership team who deals with ALO’s business and guest experience strategy to life in store. This individual is passionate about business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet ALO’s guiding principles. This role’s north star is pointed at ensuring that guest experience in the store is exceptional. </span><span data-contrast="none">Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house.
