Job Description:

•  Transact all inventory movements with a high level of accuracy.
• Material handling, including- unloading inbound freight, loading out
• Fulfill all outbound shipping orders to Vivint customers, technicians, and offices.
• Fill internal requisitions or requests for inventory, supplies, or other stock items.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Identify damaged inventory stored in the warehouse.
• Complete audits and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours.
• Adherence to lean and 5S principles.
• Must pass the onboarding training program & maintain minimum expectations.

• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on speed and accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
•   Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and ‘customers effectively’
• Basic computer knowledge
• Innate sense of urgency & competitiveness

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to make competent decisions in the absence of supervision
• During work hours, punctuality and time management are important

WORKING CONDITIONS:   

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
