As the AV Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of events, managing scheduling, and supervising onsite technicians to ensure flawless execution. If you have previous management experience, a minimum of 4 years in AV production management, and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of events from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.Supervise and coordinate the scheduling and job functions of onsite AV technicians.Collaborate with clients to understand their AV production needs and provide solutions accordingly.Oversee equipment setup, operation, and breakdown, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly.Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events.Maintain inventory of AV equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.Provide leadership and guidance to the AV production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AV technology to continuously improve production processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 4 years of experience in AV production management.Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and production processes.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
