People who love building great products, redefining what is possible with AI, and turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions.</p> <p>As a <strong>Senior Accountant</strong>, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting as we continue to grow. You’ll own critical components of the close process, assist in system implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline accounting processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to contribute to building an efficient and scalable accounting function.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close schedules</li> <li>Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting</li> <li>Assist with ERP and financial systems implementation (NetSuite experience preferred)</li> <li>Reconcile cash, AR/AP, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions</li> <li>Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure proper accounting for new initiatives</li> <li>Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement</li> <li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)</li> <li>3–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or startup experience a plus)</li> <li>Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures</li> <li>Hands-on experience with NetSuite</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational sk
