The starting pay range for this position per hour is $27.00 - $29.00. The full pay range for this position per hour is $27.00 - $45.90

  • Planning HR department daily/weekly workload to support HR business priorities 

  • Reading financial reporting and interpreting data 

  • Following federal, state and local employment laws  

  • Recruiting and event organization   

  • Using Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs 

  • Effectively using scheduling software   

  • Leading a team of hourly Human Resource Experts, including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent   

 

As a Human Resources Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: 

  • Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience. 

  • Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently
