Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Preparation of monthly journal entries and workpapers.
  • Assistance with preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Preparation of workpapers and supporting documents for any required regulatory filings or surveys.
  • Analyze and coordinate payment of intercompany balances.
  • Attendance/support with presentations at board meetings as needed.
  • Involvement in development of annual financial plans.
  • Assist with tax preparation activities, as needed.
  • Maintain Partner capital account activity.
  • Support financial reporting and finance operations across international entities.
  • Other duties may include assisting with external audit preparation and other special projects.


The qualifications.

  • 3-5 years of financial reporting accounting and/or tax experience a minimum
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Experience with Financial Reporting Systems
  • Experience with budget and forecast with analysis
  • Experience or interest in tax return preparation is a plus
  • Strong Technical skills with Microsoft products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to promote positive working relationships and explain/interpret accounting information to non-financial people

This position within Internal Accounting will include maintaining the general ledger including journal entries, preparation of workpapers and applying principles of accounting. The position will also be involved in financial reporting and analysis of financial results for areas of responsibility in P&M Holding Group Affiliated Entities. Annual financial plan involvement from creation, analysis, presentation and project management of plan process are also a responsibility of this role. The role consists of preparation of various financial statements such as Balance Sheet and P&M specific income statements, as well as management reports with analysis on results of operations with explanations of trends or other pertinent data.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
