As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll serve as the face and voice of the Service Department—handling customer calls, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and customer‑first mindset will play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of the department.

Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities


Scheduling customers into our online system efficiently
Assisting customers with rental vehicle arrangements
Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment
Proactive outbound service scheduling and follow-up
Answering service calls and managing email correspondence

QualificationsService BDC Representative Qualifications


Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role is preferred
Professional appearance and behavior
Computer and phone literacy
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills


Corporate Hiring Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
