We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to collaborate cross-functionally and support Product Launch teams in executing high-impact campaigns, brand initiatives, and new product rollouts. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, clear communication, and timely execution. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and product launches
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Work cross-functionally to support new product launches, ensuring seamless execution from concept to market
- Track and manage key launch milestones, including asset creation
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on time and within scope
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and ensure clear documentation of project progress
- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and creative execution
- Follow PMO best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
- Experience in beauty, pharma, skincare, and fashion industries a plus
- 5 + years of experience in project management
- Deep understanding of product launches, marketing campaigns, and digital/social initiatives
- Experience working with creative, marketing, and product development teams
- Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and processes (Smartsheet, Iconik, Miro, Figma)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive and great attention to detail
- Office Location: Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Position reports directly to Executive Director, Program Management
