Description & Requirements

The Director, ISO is responsible for overseeing an organization's security strategy, ensuring the protection of assets, data, and personnel. This role involves managing security teams, developing policies, and responding to threats. This person will drive automation incorporating AI to quickly detect and address malicious and anomalous behavior impacting Infor while staying abreast of attack trends with corresponding solutions for proactive protection. 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Lead and manage security operations teams, including cybersecurity and physical security.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee incident response, threat detection, and security investigations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Manage security budgets and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies.

Required skills:

• Experience in security operations, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Experience in leadership and managing a team.
• Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
