As an NCG Specialist, you are responsible for implementing the non-commercial goods strategy in your market and drive a strong cooperation with team members and stakeholders, both locally and regionally.

Job Description

Strategy & Collaboration

  • You work in close collaboration with the Regional NCG Specialist and C&F Manager to set the NCG strategy for your market and clearly communicate this to all stakeholders.
  • You are in close collaboration with the local NCG Warehouse and team.
  • Adapt and implement regional NCG strategy for transports, storage and handling. Participates in setting Expansion goals.
  • You secure a cost-efficient on time delivery of NCG in the right quantity and in a sustainable way for the region.
  • Based on the overall NCG strategy you decide on NCG procurement strategy for your market together with relevant stakeholders.
  • You prepare, present and/or analyse all business cases connected to NCG and Logistics investments.
  • You continuously, by staying up to date on technology development and industry standards, propose investments and/or actions to improve our logistic efficiency.

Support, Develop and Advise

  • You coordinate and oversee the purchasing, ordering, fabrication, delivery and inventory of all interior items.
  • You ensure that relevant information is provided and received to and from all parties involved in the project on time and in a structured way.
  • You educate your stakeholders on NCG management and advise them in projects and procurement.
  • You work closely with Expansion, Visual dept., Accounting dept., Project Coordinators (Operational Purchase Team) and NCG local warehouse to secure routines for handling extra orders, missing material, delayed shipments and claims.

Goals, Targets and Follow-Up

  • You set goals and targets in regard to NCG and drive these within the market.
  • Provides monthly cost follow-up for NCG to relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing the NCG warehouse and existing store inventories to prevent loss.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • Relevant experience within NCG or Logistics.
  • Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background is meriting.
  • Experience from setting and implementing NCG Strategies.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of building materials and interior.
  • Project management.
  • Teamwork.
  • Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
  • You can read, speak and write fluently Dutch
  • Can understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level.
