This position is in support of</span><span> </span><span>the </span><span>USAEUR Mission Partner</span><span> </span><span>PP&amp;P</span><span> </span><span>located</span><span> in </span></span><span><span>Wiesbaden, Germany</span></span><span><span>.  </span></span><i><span>This position is </span><span>located OCONUS.</span></i><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides </span><span>logistics</span><span> support for materials and equipment, including transportation, storage, and inspection of items at required locations</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses and applies practical knowledge related to supply chain strategies, export/import laws and regulations, country-specific customs requirements, Government property management, inventory, and material handling</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages and directs warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, packaging, material handling, and storage and reports lost or stolen equipment and the criticality of items </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Conducts physical inventories of equipment and material, develops and </span><span>maintains</span><span> </span><span>an accurate</span><span> list of equipment, and creates and places Item Unique Identification (IUID) labels on equipment IAW Army regulations and specific MP processes</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides completed Materiel Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250) and other required documentation for all equipment, hardware, and software being delivered to the Government</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Tracks all replacement actions until closed and provides MPs with all shipping and invoice documentation</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages and </span><span>maintains</span><span> a log of software licenses and provides software license agreements and software key data to the Government</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Performs and documents monthly and cyclical serial number inventories for enterprise equipment in Poland and the Baltic states, including Cryptographic High Value Product (CHVP) and Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCIs)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensures export/import licenses are in place, shipping documentation is correct, and may serve as the CACI Property Custodian for Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) at a site</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages and maintains GFP and CAP IAW DoD and Army regulations </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Supports analyzing and documenting Product Handling, Shipping, and Transport (PHS&amp;T) needs to meet operational goals for a system being </span><span>acquired</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Coordinates vehicle operations services in support of IT and ancillary equipment </span><span>logistics</span><span> throughout the theater</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops and </span><span>maintains</span><span> </span><span>logistics</span><span> SOPs; Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs); equipment needs support documentation; and other guidance documentation</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Mentors</span><span> other </span><span>logistics</span><span> managers and analysts</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments</span></
