The Senior HRIS Analyst advanced level role is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, analysis, and optimization of the organization’s HRIS and related applications. This role serves as the technical and functional subject matter expert supporting HR operations, workforce systems, compliance reporting, workforce analytics, and employee data management. This position partners with HR leadership, Information Technology, and organizational stakeholders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports system implementations, upgrades, integrations, audits, troubleshooting, testing activities, and strategic HR technology initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and workforce decision-making. Provide HRIS support for Oracle, Taleo, OBIA, and related systems; train users; and troubleshoot system, process, and data issues.
