Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and strategic partners, this role helps improve schedule quality, resilience, and consistency across projects while supporting on-time execution. Because strategic partners develop the underlying project schedules, the Senior Program Scheduler focuses on reviewing, challenging, and improving those schedules as conditions evolve, helping drive corrective action and portfolio-level alignment. This role also serves as the EdgeConneX point of contact for customers and other stakeholders on schedule matters and reports to the VP of PMO EMEA.</p> <p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the continuous improvement of EMEA program and project schedules, recognizing that ECX relies on strategic partners to develop project schedules while this role reviews, strengthens, and updates them as conditions change to keep projects on track, including maintaining a resilient regional master schedule in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, PMO, customers, and strategic partners to clarify requirements, align schedule expectations, and represent EdgeConneX on schedule matters.</li> <li>Monitor scope changes, emerging risks, schedule conflicts, and portfolio-level constraints; escalate issues and support mitigation, contingency, and re-sequencing plans.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc schedule updates, progress reports, and risk summaries for customers, lenders, internal management, and project teams.</li> <li>
