Internship Pfizer Grange Castle, Dublin

About the site:

Pfizer, Grange Castle is offering current undergrad & MSc students the opportunity to commence their careers in a state of the art, pharmaceutical industry.

You will gain invaluable insight and use high tech equipment to uncover the multitude of projects that are currently being developed across the Pfizer Group that are supporting some of the biggest selling biopharmaceutical products in the global marketplace. 

Grange Castle, Clondalkin, in South County Dublin is the home of Pfizer’s biopharmaceutical facility.

Grange Castle facility will also now produce the MRNA drug substance, making it only the second plant outside of our flagship factory in Andover, Massachusetts to do so.

We have opportunities for Science and Engineering Students who are seeking to obtain at least a 6-month placement onsite in Pfizer Grange Castle in conjunction with our partners at Cpl Agency.

This is a fantastic Training & development opportunity for a committed Intern.

The successful intern will have the opportunity to apply for a Graduate position after you complete your Degree on our Award-Winning Graduate Program

Requirements:

Preference is courses related to Science & Engineering

Recruitment Process/Next Steps:

Step 1 - There are two parts to Step 1.

  • Part A. Apply with CV completing application questions.

  • Part B. Shortlisted candidates will be sent a Questionnaire via an email link from our Recruitment Partner, Psychologic. You will be given a timeline to have this completed by.

Both steps need to be completed in order to be considered for next round.

Step 2:

Online Aptitude Tests – Once you successfully complete Step 1, you will be invited to participate in Step 2 where you will complete online aptitude tests to make sure that Pfizer is the right place for you. This will be communicated to you via email.

Step 3:

Interview – should you be successful at Step 2; you will be invited to attend interview onsite.

Step 4:

Pre-employment screening. Successful applicants will be contacted by our colleagues in Cpl with details of your offer, next stages, and details for pre-employment screening.

The successful candidate should:

  • Be completing an honours degree (or equivalent / higher) in an Engineering or Science related discipline.

  • Be legally eligible to work in Ireland for the length of the internship.

  • Be available for at least a period of 6 months placement.

  • Liaise with your careers team in your current university on recruitment process.

Important Note:

**Please ensure you indicate clearly on your CV & in the file title which of the following business areas would be of your interest: Science or Engineering. **

**Please also note that due to the high volume of applications that are received, we will only be in direct communication with those that are deemed successful at the various stages.

Additional Information 

  • In order to be considered for this position in Ireland you need to be legally eligible to work in Ireland. 

  • Please note there is no relocation support available for this position
