Strategic Transformation Director (m/f/x)

What's the role?

As the Director of the Transformation Office, you will lead a team responsible for driving cross-functional, high-impact initiatives that are top priorities for our C-suite and senior leadership. These initiatives, a mix of strategic and transformation projects, have clear financial impacts. Your immediate priority will be collaboratively solutioning and driving the top ten initiatives for HERE's CEO and CFO. This role reports directly to the VP of the Transformation Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dynamic team dedicated to driving strategic initiatives.
• Oversee a broad array of topics requiring cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive and lasting solutions.
• Work closely with subject matter experts across the business to solve problems, implement high-priority initiatives, and ensure their successful execution and lasting impact.
• Drive top-priority initiatives for the CEO and CFO, focusing on delivering clear financial results.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Who are you?

You will be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, with a master’s degree preferred, in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant global experience, with a minimum of five years leading teams.
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similar field.
• Strong combination of strategic and operational mindset, with excellent prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to nurture and grow team members into future leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive C-suite discussions and decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills, coupled with critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Some project management experience would be beneficial.
• Experience with change management and the ability to influence and motivate others, even without direct authority.
