The technique targets specific nerves near the kidneys that can become overactive and cause high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. High blood pressure is a global epidemic, affecting one-third to one-half of adults. Come join the US RDN Marketing team for a once-in-a-career opportunity to help bring a novel therapy to US Hypertension (HTN) patients.

We are hiring a Program Marketing Specialist to be part of our expanding US Customer Education and Programs team as we continue to roll-out the launch of this novel therapy. Your role will be to support various educational offerings for our RDN Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure. You will have the opportunity to work on many different programs and resources and collaborate with program mangers, sales, and marketing matrix partners. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Support execution of established educational offerings for the Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure: Speaker Program series, Webinars, Summits and Therapy Awareness Partnership programs.
• Provide support to field sales reps and market development specialists on execution of programmatic offerings.
• Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs.
• Project manage and assist with approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs.
• Flex to support evolving/changing business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop promotional items.
• Support team on development of content to support current educational needs.
• Travel required to support Programs, Conferences, POA Meetings, Rep Training.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Program Management or Customer Education role in a medical device or healthcare industry (0 years with Advanced Degree)

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Project management experience
• Content development experience
• HCP education experience
• US marketing experience in complex matrix business structure
• Previous experience interacting with internal teams, sales force, senior management and customers
• Presentation skills
