The Research Project Manager will work closely with the PIs to ensure the day-to-day operations of the study and dissemination of research products from two studies: A 1.2-million-dollar study funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research and a 1.5-million-dollar study funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Working with the Penn Mixed Methods Research Lab on coding and analysis of qualitative data using NVivo. This individual will also work closely with the PIs to organize a virtual Health Equity Learning Collaborative convening, including preparation leading up to the meeting. Essential responsibilities include staff will include community advisory engagement in the study protocol, management of the community advisory board meetings and communication, data collection and data entry, conduct and recording of 60 interviews (40 with participants of THRIVE and 20 with other stakeholders) and working closely with the PI on coding and analysis of the resulting qualitative data. This individual will provide support to the Principal Investigator, including assisting with IRB submissions/modifications, assisting with the scheduling of trainings and meetings, conducting literature reviews, and supporting the data collection, recruitment and. consenting of participants to the clinical trial. This individual will complete the paperwork required for working group and advisory board payments, procurement and management of survey and interview incentive payments, and healthcare professional incentive funds. Additionally, this person will support dissemination activities including poster and manuscript preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, and 5 to 7 years or Master of Science, Master of Arts, and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
