Store Manager

For our Galary in Miami (Florida) we are looking for a Store Manager to join our team. As Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand in Miami. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, leading a motivated team, and delivering outstanding service to our clients, including interior designers, architects, and private customers. You will combine operational excellence with a strong sense of style, hospitality, and commercial drive. Your main goal is to keep our Galary well-groomed according to the Eichholtz visual merchandise standards, and to host during events. You will work closely with Sales Representative and Marketing and will be responsible for our Galary. With this you make sure that our Galary is on high-end level, at all times.

Responsibility

The following tasks are your main responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a world-class customer experience.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a premium environment that reflects our brand identity.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and local design communities.

• Organize in-store events, product launches, and networking activities to strengthen brand visibility.

• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and inventory levels, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

• Collaborate with our headquarters and regional teams to align strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

You are representative, pro active and have a high level op responsibility, besides that you are/have:

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior sales role, preferably within luxury retail, design, or hospitality.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for networking.

• Commercially driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Passion for interior design, luxury lifestyle, and brand storytelling.

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
