Responsibilities:

  • maintain all physical aspects of the property
  • ensure all service requests are completed within 24 hours
  • hire, train, and manage maintenance staff
  • supervise outside contractors involved in work on the property
  • establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes necessary repairs and service requests
  • ensure vacant units are made ready for move-ins in a timely manner
  • work within the property budget
  • maintain hazard communications program and adhere to all safety standards and policies
  • serve as "on call" representative as necessary

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • good verbal/written communications skills
  • leadership skills
  • team player
  • knowledge of general property operations, safety, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, painting
  • minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management maintenance experience.
