Vehicle Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Your efforts will contribute to the smooth operation of our sales department and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and Documentation: Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, and process payments in a professional and timely manner.
• Field Coordination: Work closely with field locations to confirm vehicle readiness and manage logistics for vehicle pickups.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate sales data and records, updating internal systems as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative support and customer service experience.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Attributes: Ability to handle a high workload, adapt to changing priorities, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
