JOB SUMMARY

Storeroom clerks will play a vital role in the bottling maintenance department scheduling, and ordering parts working with management, and Maintenance technicians for efficient repairs and process improvements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Inventory management.
• Parts ordering.
• Process improvement.
• Building relationships with vendors.
• Increasing efficiency with reactive repairs.
• P.M. planning within the parts rooms i.e. staging parts and components
• Managing P. O’s checking in new parts working closely with Maintenance planner.
• Leads the department in weekly meeting on parts availability and upcoming projects.
• Implementing new processes to improve efficiency and organization.
• Driving a Lift truck to receive parts from dock.
• Managing budgets along with Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CMMS system experience, i.e. JD Edwards SAP or other management systems.
• Must have computer skills i.e. Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in an office or production environment.
• Working environment is both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to related equipment and noise levels.

COMPENSATION

• Hourly Pay Range Posted: $20.63 - $30.91/hr.
• Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience; skills, knowledge, and abilities; education; and other position related factors.
