HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Serving as liaison between business owner and stakeholders and the development team.
Conducting reviews of project documents including requirements, design and interface prototypes, user guides, and electronic training modules.
Drafting and maintaining system development lifecycle documents including feature statements, system and user requirements, and use cases.
Facilitating requirements gathering meetings and working with system stakeholders to define and document user requirements.
Preparing memoranda, articles, content for the internal application team, and other correspondence related to the application knowledge base.
Troubleshooting complex problems and providing customer support for process specific hardware and application issues.
Preparing reports on analyses, findings, and project progress.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BS/BA or Equivalent experience
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills
Preferred Skills: CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570 Compliance)
Location: On Customer Site, Washington, District of Columbia
