In-Depth Engineering is seeking multiple Backend Software Engineers to support our work on the CommandIQ program. These roles are full-time onsite positions at our customer site in King of Prussia, PA.

Essential Duties:


Support Technical Interchange Meetings
Support Agile Release Train Scrums and Planning Sessions
Decompose higher-level roadmap features into actionable work items
Design, Implement, and integrate/test software features
Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise
Participate in technical discussions to define/solve overarching software architecture needs
Collaborate with cross-functional peers to better understand project requirements and customer/stakeholder needs

Basic Qualifications


U.S. Citizen with a valid passport
Active Secret clearance
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other STEM degre
2+ Years of professional experience
Experience/Familiarity with the following: Rust (or C), Java
Exposure to backend containerization concepts using Docker
Exposure/Familiarity with gRPC for Framework development
Direct experience working in the the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


Desired Qualifications


Experience in Agile Methodologies & Tools
Experience with container management using Kubernetes/Helm
Experience in a Full-Stack engineering role
Experience with Gitlab CI/CD Development experience following REST guidelines
Previous software scripting experience in Java, Python and automation framework experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)• Framework development experience using gRPC
Backend containerization experience using Docker
Experience with container management using Kubernetes/Helm
Development experience following REST guidelines
Experience integrating and managing automated test suite into Gitlab CI/CD pipeline
