Retail Sales Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

 

We are inviting you to apply for the Retail Sales Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the director and assistant manager in control of all aspects of the retail department within the resort. The supervisor will be familiar with all store layouts and help maintain the visual presence, service standards and cleanliness for all locations but will have a primary focus on a delegated store as the core responsibility. You will assist the retail manager to be in charge of training and guiding of all retail team members, give breaks to associates during their shift, and ensure that all retail outlets are kept clean, orderly, well lit, with creative displays to attract customers. 

 

This position requires an open availability of nights, weekends, and holidays.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.
• A good knowledge of computers and register systems is ideal.
• Supervisory experience of 1-2 years in a retail setting is preferred.
