Why Join Us?

At Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), we’ve designed an in-house therapy model that puts therapists first — prioritizing quality over quotas, mentorship over micromanagement, and innovation over routine.

We provide an environment where you’ll be supported, empowered, and inspired to grow — both personally and professionally.

Here’s what our therapists say:

  • “There’s a level of mutual respect at Columbia that I haven’t experienced elsewhere. I’m encouraged to problem-solve with leadership, and that’s made me feel like a partner in the care we provide — not just an employee." (Occupational Therapist)
  • “Being part of an in-house model here means we’re not at the mercy of outside decision-makers. We can adapt quickly and build real relationships. I’ve grown more as a therapist here in one year than I did in several years elsewhere.” (Physical Therapist)
  • “Mentoring students at Columbia has been so rewarding. It’s powerful to pass on what we’ve built here — our culture, our standards, our heart — and to help shape the future of therapy in senior living.” (Clinical Educator)
