Summary/Objective

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and coordinating activities of front-line employees with ordering, receiving, storing, inventory, issuing and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard by performing the following duties:

Essential Functions

1. Advise employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped
2. Advise methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock, and related problems. (Solution based methodology).
3. Responsible for the follow up on all directions given from management and ensure 100% completion- related to identified task assigned.
4. Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities (i.e., audit compliance, standards, etc.) to ensure the process workflows and all are met.
5. Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
6. Manages & prepares work schedules, determining work procedures and expedite warehouse processes.
7. Standardized procedures to improve efficiency.
8. Prepares daily production reports
9. Maintain positive work culture and resolve grievances.
10. Listen to employees’ concerns and find solutions while keeping HR and respective departments aware of issues brought to their attention.
11. All other duties assigned.
