The Patriot Radar IPT Finance team is seeking a highly motivated Finance lead to join our global Patriot Radar portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for, but not limited to: assisting in financial forecasting and reporting, variance analysis, Earned Value Management and compliance, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and partnering with our Operations and Supply Chain counterparts to manage a dynamic Production and Development portfolio. The candidate will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally across the product line and with the broader Radar finance team (IPT, Ops, Supply Chain), and various Program Offices in a fast-paced environment while executing similar scope on multiple programs.

This role is being offered as onsite and will require occasional in office work at the Andover, MA or Tewksbury, MA locations. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do:

  • Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries

  • Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line

  • Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed

  • Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)

  • Support proposal activities & pricing exercises

  • Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio

  • Support multiple Programs and Program Offices, as well as CFRs and ARs

  • Various ad hoc exercises

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically require Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & 8 years of Finance or related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of Finance or related business experience

  • Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools

  • Experience with EVMS or related system

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • EVMS certification

  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy

  • Independent, motivated and able to collaborate across the organization

  • Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance

  • Ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment

  • Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong Excel skills, along with PRISM, PowerPoint, and AO/BW

  • Basic understanding of CER and pooling application

  • Basic understanding of OSC "Standard Structure"

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
