Your team

You'll be working in Global Banking Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking Team in either San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

We provide clients with mergers & acquisitions (M&A)/advisory, capital raising and general financial advice through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Your expertise

• a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• prior experience in Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking, M&A execution or related fields
• strong interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively
• solid analytical and quantitative skills
• high attention to detail
• solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• driven and creative with exemplary integrity

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $175000 to $200000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
