Position: Sanitation / Warehouse Associate

Location: Springfield, Missouri

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Start Time: 6:30 a.m. (Position is a 40/Hour per week role with potential overtime)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

About the Role

Your day will be focused on sanitation and custodial tasks, if you complete those duties may shift to general warehouse for the rest of the day as time allows. Key Responsibilities

Sanitation Duties:

• Remove shrink wrap, cardboard, and debris from aisles and racking areas
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the warehouse, including floors, machinery, restrooms, and break areas
• Transport trash and recyclables to disposal areas
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment inside and outside the facility
• Notify management of any maintenance needs or safety hazards

Warehouse Duties:

• Operate warehouse equipment (only after proper training), forklift, pallet jack, power sprayer, or sweeper
• Assist with general warehouse organization and upkeep
• Make deliveries to customers
• Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing bulbs, minor painting)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate light to heavy cleaning equipment
• Able to lift and carry up to 85 lbs
• Comfortable working in varied temperatures, including cold storage (-5°F)
• Able to work with cleaning chemicals and use ladders or material handling tools as needed
• Class E Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain before hire)
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights or weekends if required

Conditions of Employment

• Must pass a pre-employment background and MVR check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical
• Must be able to perform all job duties throughout employment duration
