<p>Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Reinsurance Valuation &amp; Steering - Life &amp; Health Valuation team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary, full-time basis (38 HPW) for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a <strong>Senior Valuation Actuary Life &amp; Health</strong>.</p><h2><b>You can look forward to</b></h2> <ul> <li>Creating actuarial balance sheet and forecast figures for IFRS 17 and HGB, as well as valuation under Solvency II </li> <li>Maintaining and applying actuarial models, including the economic valuation of the Life &amp; Health portfolio</li> <li>Using internal systems to generate, analyse and validate balance sheet and forecast figures</li> <li>Performing reporting tasks for IFRS 17 and HGB</li> <li>Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and colleagues from Hannover Re’s international network, including Underwriting, Accounting, Risk Management and IT</li> </ul><h2><b>You come equipped with</b></h2> <ul> <li>Successfully completed degree in (business) mathematics, business administration or a comparable field</li> <li>Professional experience in the (re)insurance industry is desirable</li> <li>Solid knowledge of actuarial accounting and confident use of Excel</li> <li>Experience in IFRS 17 and HGB reporting is an advantage</li> <li>Proficient user skills in German and English</li> <li>Strong conceptual skills and a passion for working with numbers and in a team</li> </ul><p>Don't meet all the requirements?
