You will find that out within our team because you support business travelers (global) in the area of immigration, social security and tax related matters  </p><p></p><p>Job Mission</p><p>Operational execution as well as liaison between People Services and Expertise departments (IMC) regarding Business Travel. Strengthening Tier 0 and 1 capability to resolve cases / inquiries regarding Business Travel. Provide Tier 2 support and prompt inquiry resolution for more complex questions and cases.</p><p></p><p>Job Description</p><ul><li>Handles travel requests in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2e way of working.​</li><li>Provides managers and employees with solicited and unsolicited advice regarding their Business Travel.​</li><li>Works according to defined standards, in line with global e2e processes &amp; tooling and local compliancy.​</li><li>Proactively aligns with the relevant expertise teams to build knowledge and escalates cases Tier 3 or supplier where guidance and clarification of policies, procedures or regulation is required.</li><li>Actively identifies improvements and participates in improvement projects. Drive standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes.​</li><li>Is able to translate changes in business travel related policies and regulations into internal processes and challenges Tier 3 or supplies on practical implications of changes in regulations and policies.</li><li>Ensure service level agreements are met and higher level of customer satisfaction is reached.​</li><li>Safeguard and continuously update own knowledge &amp; skills and update knowledge database (handbook, instructions etc.)​</li><li>Gains insights via customers or data. Creates a plan or strategy and implements where processes improvement is necessary and aligns with stakeholders to minimize waste and ensure quality. ​</li><li>Is able to create insights and identify trends from data and translate them into improvements and operational report out.</li><li>Supports reporting requests on own and team performance and processes towards internal and external stakeholders, if needed on ad-hoc bases. ​</li><li>Mentors team members in TIER 1 and TIER 2</li><li>Collaborates in cross-sector teams to achieve results. Moves from individual activities to getting meaningful objectives accomplished.</li><li>Runs and owns independently projects with Tier 1,2 and 3 scoping (within People Services), scope, defines &amp; achieves milestones, using Project management methodology and has end to end responsibility.</li></ul><p></p><p>Functional/Technical Skills</p><ul><li>In-dept knowledge of Business Travel and International Mobility with at least 5 years of proven experience within the field.</li><li>Project management skills; ability to initiate<br/>and run independently a project with multiple (internal) stakeholders and proven track record.</li><li>Data analytics and reporting skills: ability to create insights from (trend) data analysis and apply relevant analytical methods.​</li><li>Proven experience in optimizing processes and delivery of medium and complex process improvements​.</li><li>Ability to make a good assessment, integrating inputs and information from several sources, taking into account the interest of multiple stakeholders. ​</li><li>Proven track record of managing stakeholders in an international organization, balancing between multiple stakeholders and ensures all priorities are considered.</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><p></p><p>Behavioral </p><ul><li>Plans &amp; aligns, effectively manage own priorities and workload and provide guidance for the team.​</li><li>Communicates clearly, concisely and directly to peers and customers as well as, listens actively, shows empathy in dealing with others and strives to achieve a shared understanding of own and others' tasks, issues and goals​</li><li>Shows personal leadership by clearly stating own opinion, even in difficult and conflict situations and works towards aligning efforts with others and acts as mentor to other team members. ​</li><li>Works in
