As a F,S,&C Manager, you are responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to assess future needs and requirements to understand forecast activities
• Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery to our customers through effective planning of resources
• Developing quality plans in line with our job cycle process to ensure risks are mitigated
• Overseeing your teams contracts and quotes to ensure we harvest our contracts and monitor outstanding customer financials
• Monitoring your departmental budget and Purchase Ledger to track areas of spend
• Coaching, developing and mentoring your team to share knowledge, skills and insight

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of equivalent working experience
• Have 5 years experience in chemical related industry
• Must be willing and able to present information to various levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
• Previous experience influencing others that may not be direct reports
• Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on data management utilizing Excel
• Demonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and teams within a global-matrix environment
• Be able to travel regionally up to 10% with some overnights and out of state travel required
• Be able to lead, plan, coordinate and deliver projects successfully
• Have experience in managing P&Ls and budgets

The annual pay scale for this position is between $98,800.00 - $183,500.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
