About the job:
The Director of Institutional Effectiveness leads assessment, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts within the College in support of academic and operational excellence, accreditation/regulatory compliance, and mission achievement.
What we are looking for:
- Master's required, doctorate preferred.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD (or equivalent research doctorate).
- Experience: Five or more years of experience with evaluation in higher education; institutional effectiveness, institutional research.
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Expertise in quantitative data entry and analysis, survey design, and higher education administration.
- Advanced information technology, database, and data manipulation skills necessary to extract, transform, and analyze tabular and coded data from multiple sources.
- Extensive experience with data analytic software included in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and STATA or SAS.
- Ability to communicate complicated information to a diverse range of information consumers.
