Job Description Summary

Uses specific programming skills to create analytical datasets from diverse sources such as health care claims, administrative databases, clinical trials, and surveys to construct and standardize outcome measures and other analytical variables through data cleaning and data manipulation, to provide descriptive and analytical reports, and to perform specialized statistical analyses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Compute and analyze data, using statistical formulas and computers or calculators
  • Check source data to verify completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter data into computers for use in analyses or reports.
  • Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses.
  • Participate in the publication of data or information.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Master of Science, Master of Arts, and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Proficient at SAS, STATA

  • Familiarity with R

  • Experience working in clinical research

  • Familiarity and/or experience with OBGYN is preferred
