Business Assistant (Fitness Industry)

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage CRM system, importing client information and creating automated workflows
  
• Create and maintain 3-6 months of evergreen social media content calendar and posting schedule
  
• Build client onboarding sequences with welcome emails and automated follow-up campaigns
  
• Set up and manage Discord community platform for client engagement
  
• Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with tracking implementation
  
• Follow up with clients on payments and session scheduling as if representing the trainer directly
  
• Manage calendar and coordinate client appointments and sessions
  
• Develop lead magnets and plan potential events or challenges for client acquisition
  
• Update website blog content with SEO optimization
  
• Organize digital files and content library for easy access
  
• Research passive income opportunities, program bundles, and merchandise ideas
  
• Engage with community members and create discussion prompts for Discord
  
• Handle client communication and check-ins to maintain relationships
  

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
  
• Experience with marketing strategy and social media management
  
• Proficiency with ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation and task optimization
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation platforms, and social media scheduling tools
  
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram ads manager preferred
  
• Fitness or wellness industry experience preferred but not required
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Strong written communication skills for client interaction
  
• Proactive mindset for identifying business improvement opportunities
  

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm Eastern
