Youth and Childcare Attendant

Description

Pay Structure: hourly.

Reports to: Club Management

Essential Functions

1. Supervise all children in the Youth and Daycare areas, special programs and birthday parties.
2. Actively engage with children and parents of the Youth and Childcare Programs.
3. Observe and enforce Club policies and stipulations regarding the service transactions.
4. Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the Youth and Daycare areas.
5. Be attentive to all activities in and around Youth and Daycare areas to ensure the safety of all children.
6. Be familiar with Emergency Action Plans to be prepared in case of any unforeseen events.
7. Greet children and parents as they enter and exit the Youth and Daycare areas.
8. Work effectively and professionally with co-workers.
9. Bring all concerns or problems to the attention of the Club Management.
10. Uphold our principle to “Improve the Day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Desire to work with diverse groups of children.
2. Two to three years of experience in Childcare preferred
3. Exhibit professionalism, patience, self-motivation, high energy, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and good organizational skills.
