Auction Preparer, Senior Relocation Specialist

What We Do:

We help seniors and their families during life transitions, including:

• Downsizing

• Relocating

• Estate sales and liquidations

Our goal is to make these stressful times easier for our clients.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Pack and unpack household goods

• Set up and resettle items in new homes

• Prepare and stage items for online auctions (photograph, list items)

• Organize and stage homes for estate sales

• Interact with clients, families, and coworkers

• Lift and move boxes, decor, and small furniture

Schedule:

• Available Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm

• Part-time (hours vary week to week, no guaranteed hours)

Requirements:

• Able to follow directions

• Reliable transportation

• Lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable standing and working for long periods

• Own a smartphone (used for scheduling and timekeeping apps)

• Pass a federal background check
