Story Lane Box is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Houston location. As the face of our brand, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier customer service, drive sales, and lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about retail and team development.
Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, coach, and motivate retail team members to achieve sales goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and ensure proper merchandising.
Implement company policies and procedures with consistency and professionalism.
Handle scheduling, staff performance evaluations, and training plans.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Track sales performance and report KPIs to upper management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic POS operations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
