The Securitas Training Officer will be responsible for all aspects of New Hire Orientation training and oversee on-going Officer training. Training Officer will be responsible for maintaining training records for all Securitas personnel. The Securitas Training Officer must be able to develop training curriculum and modify existing training curriculum as needed.     Plans, coordinates and delivers training and staff development programs for Security Officers, Supervisors and other employees. Develops and adapts programs for specific sites and customers. Distinguishing Characteristics: Primary job function is managing training and development programs. This job description applies only to salaried positions performing essential functions of the nature described, with the authority to make independent choices, free from immediate supervision, in significant matters that affect the business, or to carry out tasks that are directly and closely related to such work, no less than 50% of the time. If a position performs such work less than 50% of the time, it should be classified as: Trainer. 
 
Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services preferred
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Good organizational skills
• High results orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
